For example, if a user looks away from the Remote Speaker Microphone while transmitting, the IMPRES microphone is smart enough to adjust the audio output so that the user's voice comes through clearly. IMPRES technology also offers noise suppression capabilities that reduce the amount of background noise on the transmitting end.

When used exclusively with IMPRES chargers, MOTOTRBO IMPRES batteries have an 18 month capacity warranty coverage.

Chargers that communicate
IMPRES multi-unit chargers are available with a two-line display module. Your customers now have access to valuable information such as:

• Battery capacity (in mAh and percent of minimum rated capacity) and voltage while charging and at completion of charge
• Time remaining to complete rapid charging (NiCd and NiMH only)
• Current battery charge status
• The battery's unique serial number, part number and chemistry

Windporting Remote Speaker Microphones
These remote speaker microphones boast a revolutionary windporting feature that helps lessen the background noise from high winds and other severe weather conditions. Audio can pass through the speaker grill even when the microphone port is blocked by water. Now you can be more confident than ever of clear, understandable communication when Mother Nature is uncooperative.

Noise-Cancelling Remote Speaker Microphone
With a large housing for use with gloves or in rugged environments, this remote speaker microphone features a noise cancelling directional microphone which helps eliminate ambient noise and is beneficial in high noise environments.

IMPRES Temple Transducer

The IMPRES temple transducer is a lightweight headset that provides high-clarity, hands free, discreet two-way communication while maintaining the comfort necessary for extended wear in moderate noise environments and also features Motorola's state-of-the-art IMPRES audio technology.

Enabling you to receive audio communication without covering your ears, the receive portion of the IMPRES Temple Transducer rests on the temples and is capable of converting the input audio from a two-way radio into sound vibration. The sound vibration is transmitted through the surrounding human tissue and bone directly into the inner ear where it is received by the user. This allows you to hear external sounds from both ears while receiving radio communications. The IMPRES Temple Transducer is ideal for environments where you need to be able to hear both radio communications as well as the external sounds of your environment.
